Hi Guys,
I've recieved a million requests asking if the MREV can be installed on the 287 HP engine. Unfortunatly I had to turn them all down because the MREV is simply a spacer with a lower plenum from the 287 HP engine. ...So if you have the 287 HP engine, all you need to do is install a spacer and you automatially have a MREV.
But you know of that machining process I have been doing to the MREV+ lower collectors to allow for more air flow?...
Well, I dynod it on a 287 HP engine and it made surprisingly good gains.
Analysis is done! Here are the results:

So yes, MREV+ can be installed on a 287 engine.
If you already have a spacer, all you need to do is modify the lower collector and it will make more torque and more horse power! In addition to area under the curve, it will kick up the peak HP by about 4-5 HP.
This is a completely new catagory of plenum modification for the 287 engine!
Lower Plenum Core exchange for the 287 HP engine is a go! I'll set up the Motordyne website to accomodate core exchanges shortly.
When used by itself, the Manifold Maching Process (MMP) is the Lowest Cost, Stealthiest, Bigest Bang for the Buck plenum mod!
Short of the MREV+ on a revup engine, Because this modification makes more area under the curve than a 5/16" plenum spacer, nothing else can touch it.
At least that is until the next Motordyne plenum mod comes out.
