Default after putting TEST PIPE, does anyone tune ECU?

after putting Testpipe on your Z, i saw in other post, that ppl have a very lean A/F ratio. i wonder if anyone have that problem? is not tune the ECU will be be ok?

If you have money to throw away, sure, get a ECU tune. But many members are on a budget, and get a ECU tune after intake and exhaust mods are completed.

i'm just concern if it will run too lean, it'll screw something up?
and will a safc work to tune it?
