Please lock this thread....If you wanted the system, you had a chance to see it, here it and ask a couple of questions. I hate when things start getting nasty over things like this. Come on people....damn!

well guys, I installed the DNX system today, after having it about a week sitting in the house. Install was simple of course.

The exhaust is quite loud, and I only have it and popcharger. Startup sounds real nice, deep grumble.

As far as acceleration goes, wot from a standstill is pretty nice. 2k-3.7ish is kinda deep and is resonating very loud inside cabin. With windows up it, the rattles and vibrations really start to come out. ANYTHING past 3.7k at full throttle sounds absolutely amazing. The sound switches from inside the cabin to nothing but outside. Almost all vibrations cease, and the car just pulls...really really nice.

Daily driving acceleration is somewhat different. I generally only drive up to about 3.5k under normal acceleration, and in traffic it is slow. Slow acceleration with this exhaust is pretty bad imo. The sound is extremely deep and bothersome to my ears (19 year old bass player) And conversation would be a chore in this rev range, imo.

Cruising at 70 mph is fine, very little drone. However anything higher than around 70 the drone starts to increase, and if going up a slight incline it can be pretty loud.

The car feels really nice and smooth now. I can't really notice a power increase at all, and doubt there is one to be honest. Maybe an initial loss in some torque, but slight gain in mid-upper range power.

I must say, for $160 and coming from stock, this exhaust cannot be beat. Would I leave it on the car if I started upgrading more? definitely not. But as a starting place for modification, I am more than pleased.

OK, another review. This one is for a 2003 z with AEM intake, Crawford plenum, Kinetix high flows and T-Pros Y-pipe.
1. Fitment is good, except for minor touching of the M brace. IU have not heard rattling yet but expecting to soon. Also, the heat shield for the vapor canister must be modified as mentioned earlier. Did not have the muffler unevenness problem. Both mufflers are hanging perfectly.
2. Sound-----DAMN!!! I did some quick measurements with my trusty db meter and at idle about 94 db's about 2 feet from the tail pipes. This thing wakes up when punched though and I expect to see well above 100db's LOUD!!! BTW there is some raspiness with the Kinetix cats.

Overall cool exhaust for the money. Will I be keeping it.... may be not. I'll give it a week and see.

i couldnt tell you, but to be honest... I'm starting to feel like i have lost some power by putting it on with just a pop charger. To me it almost feels sluggish sometimes. Before, it felt like the car would just wind up and go, revving pretty fast. Now it seems to go slower, who knows... I'm still liking the sound though, and I guess its alright for 160. Still not sure if Im gonna keep it or not.

It's a Y-pipe back system.

PM closeoutman he may have a few left.

I think your application will be better. Turbos usually muffle a lot of sound so this may be the way to go.

It is very loud. Quiets down around 4500 RPM, but between about 3k and 4500rpm very loud. Sounds really good when you punch it though. But very loud, I have Kinetix cats and y-pipe. It will probably be a little more quiet with stock.
If your car is an every day driver, you'll probably not like it.
