Default Which exhaust gives you less noise with some power gains?

Gents,

I am doing a search into a cat back system (or after y-pipe) that gives the minimum amount of noise (besides the stock exhaust), but yet gives some power gains.... I heard the Fujistubo Ti exhaust and they do not sound that loud though compare to amuse Ti exhaust... what other exhausts out there meet these requirements? and if you have any sound/video file to it, please post them up here....

Thanx heaps in advance!

cheers,

richie

I have got the nismo exhaust.... but it is very loud though IMO.... I would really like to know if another resonator will help... Are you talking about adding "one more" at the centre pipe? and where can i get something similar to the Nismo's resonator??

thanks heaps!

cheers,

richie

Fujitsubo Legalis R or Ti, depending on how much you want to spend.

Have you heard a SUV's exhaust? Their exhaust is louder then the stock 350Z. Are they rice?

I think the Borla TD is very quiet. Louder than stock but it's a nice deep tone and there isn't any drone. At least with the stock cats it isn't too loud. If you install hi flows or test pipes it will be much louder. Plus, the Borla has nice power gains. The one bad thing about the Borla is it's a PIA to install and they are known for leaking. Of course you could just pay someone to install it and if a leak ever occurs just get it welded.

So true. The Borla TD cat-back was deep and low and a moderately louder then stock. But once I put on the High Flow cat, it turned into a different beast. It is much louder but keeps the exotic deep/low notes. It growls and roars, not fart like those honda exhausts.

but the Borla is slip fit...ewwwww from an install standpoint.

Apexi Hybrid Megaphone/World Sport is ok - louder than stock (I had one) though, and not nearly as "exotic" sounding as the Fujitsubo (I've had both the ss Fuji and now run the Ti Fuji)
