I just installed my NISMO CAI and I am assuming that it comes pre-oiled. I really didn't pay attention to the filter when I installed it but I would assume that if it needed to be oiled from the start the instructions would have said something about it. It was in a sealed plastic bag so I am pretty sure it has been oiled.

Also fairly easy install especially with all the info on these fourms and the new sound is awsome...

Anyone know for sure?

My Nismo came pre-oiled when I bought it 2 years ago.......... I'm sure they still do.
