Mine did too and drove me nutz! There's not much clearance for full size catbacks. I tried spacers on the midsupport and zip ties on the bumpers, but still rattled on bumpy roads Then I found a muffler shop that jacked up the muffler while clamping and spot welding it. The funny thing was the guy was so happy to get a ride in the Z he didn't charge me!

put your car on jackstands and stand underneath it; see if Darwin hits the mark this time.

there a little brace with a washer.. wonder if that would make a difference.. I don't really want anything touching the exhaust cuz the heat it produces.

The brace spacers helped...but wasn't enough for mine on bad roads.
BTW the muffler shop used a full lift and only took 15 minutes!
Now it doesn't rattle, just growls!

Does it rattle when you reverse? I know the HKS exhaust has a very if any slight fitment when reversing.

usually a rattle happens when the engine torques the exhaust or hwen u hit a bump..check the pipes for scratches were metal on metal rubbing would occur On stainless steel you'll see it easy.

Could be that the corner of the evap canister heat shield is touching some part of the system. If it is really close, you can take the shield off and do a little surgery with a hack saw.
