Differences with the S1 engine and stock one?

Someone please shed some light and possible breakdown of the differences with this engine. Richie and MC350z chime in please...

p.s i did preliminary research know the "basic differences" so please no flaming.

i know about the different ecu, carbon cover and powdercoated plenum... what is the biggest differences...

the S1 came out in september of 2004. around 300 HP for around 5,800K

and in january they made the S2 available. around 320 HP for 7,500K

before these they offered a basic sports resetting package . i think it put out around 298hp

i believe fairladyZinjapan has this. you can ask him about the details. im not sure myself if this is still offered or what

Thats alot of cashiola for such minimal gains...Im sure thats just crank hp too....That kind of money could have you pushing more than 500rwhp with FI...I love na but not $7,500 for 320hp kinda love....

you think thats bad RS concept listed at an additional 30K for 345hp. of course that 30k wasnt all for engine mods , but you get my point. their stuff is expensive.
