Default Ever heard of HushMat thermal insulation

I am needing to cool down my K&N Aircharger box made of metal... this stuff is reflective feels like fat mat but supose to resist up to 400 degrees. I went everywhere trying to find somthing I could wrap my intake up with. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with this stuff and if it really holds back the temp?
