with a skunk spacer fit under a JIC strut bat. and if so what are the negatives of this N/A set up

I have currently"
ud pullys, E-manage blue,Pop charger, Varis Air Duct.

Next Modz"
Skunk Spacer, Strup Headers, Apex1 Exhaust, test pipes
my goal is to make 280 to 290 hp what am i missing and what are the negatives of this setup.
