How much WHP is expected from I/H/E?
I'm still not familiar with what kind of response the VQ35 has to a simple Intake/Header/Exhaust set-up. I was wondering if anyone here has personal dynos or 1/4 times with the following set up. I came from having a RSX Type-S and I/H/E gave the car a drastic increase in WHP, just on CAI you feel a great improvement. From what I hear on here though the CAI for the G35 you gain nothing but a mildy cooler engine. I personally want to be a low 13 second car or a mid 12.5, if you can point me into what to do N/A wise that'd be great. I'm not to fond of the F/I route.

you have a G? maybe up to 15whp. throw a plenum spacer in there aswell.
if you have the 280hp G a CAI or upper stock intake tube off a Z will actually help more because the stock intake tube of the G is more restrictive.
or do you have the 298 hp engine?
low 13's are in theory doable with alot of basic bolt ons but the biggest factor there is tires and the driver. youll need slicks

well, you will NOT run 12.5 without the help of some form of forced induction. i would look into nitrous, turbo or SC if you plan on running that time. you should run low 14s stock and with those mod you will run mid to high 13s unless you get some form of piggyback ecu to adjust those mods.
good luck!!
