pop charger fell off

Default pop charger fell off

yeah, i was driving and i noticed that my 3rd gear was bogging for some reason at around 5K rpm, so i popped my hood to notice that my cone was just sitting in the engine bay. did this happen to anyone else?

Just 3rd was bogging? I figured all gears you would've noticed something. I hope you didn't suck too much crap in there.

i have noticed with repeated heating cycles...the stock hose clamps start to loosen and need to re tightened every few thousand miles.

I have had this happen. I felt NO power in my 2nd and 3rd gears and yes you have to tighten it especially after a cleaning!

Haha, I had it happen once too, about a week after installing it. The cone felt snug on there as shipped so I never adjusted the clamp after install, like a dumbass. Funny though, I didn't have a problem getting rpm's up, this is when I experienced rough idle and stalls though.

It happens. Make sure there is no oil residue on the filter or tube.
