Test pipes are just pipes. They are empty hollow pipes. You should be able to notice a crack in a pipe. Check particularly around the ends of the pipe (exhaust flanges).

I was looking at high flow cats, but I have NISMO exhaust. So this does not seem like a viable option. It seems the design of the NISMO y pipe does not give enough flex...

I guess a good option is to replace the Ypipe with the motordyne pipe, and see what happens.

Quick question guys, i have the Megan longtube headers and it has that brace that bolts up to the oem cat support brace. The problem is i lost the oem brace because my previous TP did not have the option to use the oem support brace. My friend has had the same Longtube headers for a year now with no cracking and he's using the oem support brace. Do u guys think i will have a problem with cracking my longtubes? This will be a major problem cuz if they crack, that means i have to replace the whole headers which is a PITA lol. I have the Bassani TD Exhaust with an X pipe.
