Default Plenum Spacer or a new Plenum?

Plenum Spacer or Replace the whole stock plenum with an aftermarker one...which one will increase my horsepower the most? ive gotten mixed reviews. I know you guys are experts. Thanks a bunch

I don't remeber in what mag this was in, but they placed a Kenetix Plenum in, and it gave the car 10 hp to the wheels on the dyno. I think you'll only get around 7 out of just a spacer. Plus if you go with a new plenum, you will have bigger gains in the future if you plan on going FI....

Just my 2 c.

Hey, it was in an import tuner if i remember correctly. It also gave results on the plenum replacement on a Supercharged Z33.

just search this forum for the results of that test. they are on here. basically the 1/2 spacer from motordyne had the highest performance, followed by a 5/16 inch spacer both made by motordyne. Just go with a motordyne spacer, unless you eventually plan on going FI, in which case the Kinetix manifold is supposed to be pretty kick a**!
