With a lift - one hour.
Spray hardware and oxygen sensors with penetration fluid. Let it set for 20 minutes.
Remove the oxygen sensor from the catelitic converter after the catalytic converter is off the car.

ok . . . so . . is this something you really recommend? spray a liquid wrench type stuff on the nuts. i was not sure if that was serious, but i guess it is a must huh? sorry this is the first mod i am making to my z. i also have the kinetix ssv intake coming too. turbo soon to follow.
Exhaust components reach fairly high temperatures. These high temperatures tend to provide the necessary activation energy to drive oxidation (corrosion) reactions on your nuts and bolts, so sometimes they have trouble coming free.
Salt from ocean air is also a catalyst to oxidation reactions as you might already know...
bottom line is liquid wrench is a handy tool but you might not need it.

wtf are u talking about. liquid wrench is a water displacer. Itll REMOVE water. It also lubricates to help you remove the bolt out easier. Its best to lubricate something when you torque it on to get proper torqueing.
If you use galvanized bolts (ones that come w/ the test pipe), u'll be fine. USE WD40 or something of teh sort, as it makes the job much much much easier.
