Background: I have a UK June 2004 Z...
Am currently trying to install the Typhoon kit, but think I have a problem.

Y'know the scoop that goes infront of the radiator, which attaches to the tow-attachment bracket?
Well the bore of that tow-attachment thread on my Z is roughly 20mm, but the bolt that comes with the kit is 10mm......

Anyone have any clue what I should do? Did I get the 'wrong' 350z K&N kit??

go get a bolt that is 20mm

 

K&N could have eliminated the problem by giving you two bolts (one 10mm and one 20mm). It would have cost then, what, an additional ten cents? Unfortunately you have to buy the proper size bolt from another source.
