Default Does the popcharger filter come oiled?

Does the popcharger filter come oiled? I just got mine in the mail today. Was curious if it need to be oiled or not. Or only after you clean it?

It should be. The oil is what gives it that blue color.

Yes it is blue. I am going to install it tomarrow. How much time should I allow myself. I have installed intakes in many of my past vehicles. 30 minutes?

popcharger thread .. my favorite!

popcharger can last up to 40k without cleaning and oiling. I'll clean mine after about 20k or so.

Thanks for the help. I just installed the popcharger. Everything went will, except I broke a small pice of the throttle bottle where the nut goes. No biggie fixed it. Small whistle sound little different exhaust tone. Slight gain, hard to tell. Do not have any good pics. Just this camera pic.
