Just ordered a Unichip and Stillen Ceramic Headers
Ok, I have already ordered my Unichip and Stillen headers tonight.
My questions is, what do I stand to gain (Torque-wise) from getting these two installed (meaning the Unichip and the headers)? I know the headers can give me anywhere from 8 - 12 HP, but will a proper tune help me a lot more?
Thanks,
Jeff
P.S. - I already have the Motorsyne 1/2" Isothermal spacer, Pop Charger, Crawford cats, z-tube and Borla exhaust.

yes, i believe a proper dyno tune should help open up some restricted hp that you've always had that the stock ecu wouldn't allow. a shop here in norcal claims that after all your mod stuff is installed, u can expect gains with a unichip up to 20hp on top of that i think (with at least a a gain of 10hp guaranteed?). i wouldn't know, that's what i heard. coincidence, i'm having my unichip installed and tuned tomorrow at 10am. good luck. oh, and i have:
-nismo cold air intake
-ark racing exhaust
-ark racing y-pipe
-megan racing downpipes
-megan racing headers
-unorthodox racing style billet pulley set
-z-xtreme grounding wire kit
-mototdyne 5/16 iso thermal plenum spacer
eventually, i hope to replace some of these parts with better ones and dyno tune it again. also, an aftermarket clutch like jwt with a lighter flywheel will also free up some hidden hp as well.
