Not clean it? Most of the stalling issues is mainly due to the MAF sensor or a leak in the intake/intake plenum. If i had stalling issues thats the first thing i'd check as well as reset the ECU (which is another myth apparently). In terms of the problems that VN_350z is having is an odd case. Either having a defective TB from the beginning or in very rare case, damage it during install.

NIcely said. I agree, was a defect. Not likey to damage that easy. You are just installing an intake.

Are all these intake mod's actually making horsepower? Many pull air from inside the engine bay = higher temp air. Many are made of aluminum = conduct more engine bay heat.
I get the less restriction part but the heat? Seems to me that aluminum and heat and hot engine bay = not a good idea?

I have a K&N Typhoon intake and havent had any problems yet. 22,000 miles on it. I never felt a gain in HP. But I like the way it sounds. Also get 2 mpg better with it.

well i am going to install my jwt today i will just have to make sure my battry is unpluged hahah hope i get no problems.
