So, yeah...
ECU "reflashes" take place after one has done enough mods to warrent the need for extra fuel to go along with boost, big cams (more lift/duration) etc. Boost should also acompany timing retadation, so this also calls for ecu reprograming... Rev limit can also be changed too, and....well lots of stuff.
