Mine should be here in a matter of days. I'll post my impressions and dyno numbers soon.

Default will the real slim"e" shady please stand up

just got off the phone with Kenny (sport car devision @ stillen). He says looking at the dyno results, it looks like the highest hp gain at the rear wheels is 12.8 hp. He figures the promotion people must of just rounded off to come up with 13hp. I told him he needed to convince the powers-to-be to post the dyno like Billy Boat did if he wants to get anymore sales!

So Kenny @ Stillen is saying the highest hp gain at the REAR WHEEL is 12.8hp? That is NOT the crank hp but the actual wheel hp? That is pretty impressive if it holds true.

soooo....Kenny is saying at wheels, and the others there are saying at the crank!?! has there been anything that anyone has agreed on about this at all????????????

pretty funny now b/c I don't think Stillen has a clue to severity of this! True it is only an exhaust system, but that's all it is to them! where as to the 350Z "enthusiasts" this is pretty much going to make or break the Stillen name and how they and their future 350Z are looked at! what is soooooooooooo hard about just being truthful about the product! Let alone having your marketing and R&D guys on the same level!

I don't think five different designs, and test/tune shows that to them it is just an exhaust. They have done their homework and invested a lot into the product.

I guess we'll have to wait and see how the numbers pan out. I'll post when I get mine on and dynoed. It should be here tomorrow or the next day.

Default I agree!

I think some of us are judging Stillen prematurely.

My Stillen exhaust is shipping out this week. I will post my review as well. 12.8 HP at the wheels on an N/A is great, even if it weighs 20lbs more than stock. Think what gains people will get when they install a turbo or SC.

Again I think it is too early to speak. Give Stillen and Stillenguy a break. I think it is pretty cool we have someone from a manufacturer speaking with us. I don't see guys from Injen or Nismo getting on the forums.

My only complaint to this point is the weight issue. I wish they would have made a titanium version. I also hope the tips don't stand out too much like Salcalkids appears. Lotus' look shorter from the pictures. I guess it is hard to tell. Does anyone else see this?
