Default Crawford Plenum Install Question

Ok this is going to be a Noob question, but. I searched and didn't see any post on this. I have also read and re-read the instructions for the Crawford Plenum and numerous posts.
My question is should the bolts on the plenum be torque to a specific in/lbs or ft/lbs? I know when doing the spacers it seems that they do, but I have not see this in the instructions with the full Plenum.
I just received mine and I am anxious to install but want to do it right.
So if anyone knows OR has some nice tips/tricks to the install I would be greatly appreciative.

I would call Crawford and find out what they recommend. I highly recommend you use a torque wrench. It is very easy to over tighten and snap the plenum bolts. Motordyne recommends 100 "INCH" lbs for the outer bolts and 60 "INCH" lbs for the inner bolts. You could use those figures. I'm sure Crawford would recommend about the same.

My question was what IS the tourque?? I completly got the notion that 12'' = 1FT but I did not know the original tourqe spec either in IN or FT.
Thank you though for your help...
