Not sure why you want to go Kinetix but that's your decision. They are not all stainless so you can expect less durability than those that are (other things being equal).

I installed Ultimate Racing Cat's and the link has some pic's and comparisons to OEM. This may be helpful in your decision process.

Overall the install isn't bad. Hardest part is breaking loose the original fasteners. If you have access to a hoist, life will be better. I did the two jack stands, a cigar and a few cokes method.

Make sure you have deep well sockets, wobbly's and a load of different extensions.

Here's the tools I used:

We have them in stock.

Here is a link to them in our on-line store:

And here is another link to our website giving more pictures and info on them:

They are made from stainless steel pipe/flanges and magnaflow cats, they are pretty good quality and performance wise.

Thanks,
Gary

Installation is straight forward. You will have to discard some of the OEM mounting hardware. 11,000 miles and the Kinetix High Flow Catalytic Converters are fine.

I dont know why so many people knock Kinetix products. I've been using their products and havent had single problem. Also they are the only company that will warranty their products for life... Im not sure about others..

I'll take the “careful selection of words” as a compliment so, you have my thanks and yes, I am well educated, thank you very much and rather articulate. Also, you are correct that they are not all stainless, the catalytic converter core is a ceramic material.

Thanks,
Gary
