Well i recently installed my Injen intake. I bought it off mynismo.com aswell as some '06 clear reflectors, was very satisfied with their service, very quick i must say, overall excellent. On to the pics, i decided to leave it as a short ram since it has been raining alot where I live, lots of flash floods so didn't want to risk it. Installation between my friend and I took us about 1hr, but could have taken us about 30min. but we were also intalling my clears. Messy garage sorry.....

Performance wise I deffinitely feel quicker response. The sound is sweet aswell. I feel a better pull when punching it but it may be due to the sound effect if gives. Overall glad with the Intake since i definitely didn't want a popcharger (not hating on it). Love the ability of going cold air if i want.

nice!
as far as the faster response and better pulls, i think its mainly mental horsepower you gained rather than actual power.
either way, injen intake is an awsome mod! looks good!

Wow..had forgoten about this thread of mine. I payed @ $320ish for it. I can post some better pics for anyone that is interested and yes the small support arm is right behind the strut bar. As for performance its awesome, i agree that its mainly "mental HP gained" but now i've proved that at least for us REV-UP's it makes a difference. Went from losing to my friends Z with I/E by 1 car length when i was stock to now beating him by half a car
And thanks guys, really happy with the black tube, gets lots of attention since most people aren't used to it, glad to hear fellow Z owners liking it

WOW!!! That looks great. The black looks awsome. Most Z owners go for the polished. Great choice!!!
BaTMan 4,
Does your Injen1986 get smaller around the MAF section? It looks like it mimics the OEM setup, which I am trying to avoid if I go with something new. I've seen three variations of the Injen, one that retains the stock MAF, one that looks like it doesn't reduce, and yours which looks as if it does... confused???

I'm consideriing some new setups with a consistent piping diameter from the filter back. Similar to K&N...
