Default Crawford V5 plenum + stock strut?

I've been searching for a few minutes and I havn't found one that says they were able to fit the Crawford V5 w/ the stock strut bar and some spacers.. Does it work? Or will I have to buy another strut bar ><

I'm pretty sure you cant use it but any plenum wil fit with the stock strut with enough spacers, the real problem is the hood.

But really with jokes aside, you are going to have to use another strut and there is quite a few to choose from. Just from the top of my head umm the APS, Crawford, Stillen, and VRT's will work. I'll try and find the VRT pics in a min.

I thought you had the SSV? why change?

These are all from G35driver and from the discussions with wa2good, it will fit the Z no problem or that he has made STB's that will fit the Z.

Simple answer, No the stock STB wont fit with a Crawford. Crawford, however does make an STB that will fit with their plenum and is for use on the "Z". The pics above are all G35s. (One of them is mine). STB fitment is much tougher on the "G", and the STB is also far more expensive.

Im sellin the SSV b/c i have been eyeing crawford/aps tall boy w/ MREV++ combo for a while and i found a nice deal for it, w/ no down time. SSV is nice, but i just wanna switch it up. I honestly don't know why i'm doing this Time 4 a change.

I'm going with the APS, whether or not it will make power (enough anyway) on the Rev-Up is still questionable but im dying to hear the SVR exhaust on your car.

stock strut brace will clear the kinetix V+ plenum. I have the exact same setup. Stock strut brace is not a problem until you have an aftermarket like cusco. You definitely need some spacers for the brace if it is not stock.
