I love the look but if its not gonna get me HP then im not about to drop all that money on something that looks pretty inside the engine bay.
Listen - you have companies with great reputations out there. You trust them and buy their products. they come out with a new product and a dyno to show what it does and everyone immediately doubts it and demands a free show...you can't do that...you can ask - but you have to be realistic as well.

I love MD products - but go out and get MREV2 and a spacer with ISO Thermal and spend almost $800 too. I got the SSV for testing purposes only.

I understand challenging manufactures - but fighting with each other over it is pretty ridiculous. Call the manufacturer and tell them your going to buy their unit, do a before an dafter dyno, and if it doesn't come within 20% you want a refund.

You have to be reasonable. Manufacturers spend a lot on R&D for these products - the reputable ones really aren't going to mess with you - they want you and everyone else long term.

Thoughts?

My thoughts are its JUNK-anybody who is willing to spend $$$ on something that doesnt work is dumb.

Rick-you say nobody has tested it-again you havent done your research, somebody FI got a baseline, swapped plenums and lost a good amount of power. Even after a retune of his already good tune, it lost around 10whp...Ill save you the time and effort to test it, DONT BUY IT.

I didn't say nobody tested it - all of you have...I was just reiterating that everyone is angry that there are no dyno's and proof that the thing does anything worth making it a viable product to purchase.

I have specific needs with my mods that may warrant its design - so for me, it's worthy of the testing.

My feeling is that this manifold is truly designed for best results on highly modified NA or FI applications - I've said that form the start...without any testing behind me...just based on it's long runner design.
