06 Air Filter > Retrofit for 03-05?
Hey all,
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I remember reading that one of the changes for the 2006 Z was a cone shaped filter and different airbox.
Can this be easily retrofit for 2003-2005 Z's?

no its the velocity stack that is presant in the 06 air box or any REV-UP motor air box...
it can fit on any year...
here is a picture of the difference
Non-REV-UP (ignore the bolt! haha)

can someone dyno their non rev-up w/o the velocity stack and than with the velocity stack? im very interested in the type of results that may be had, but i thinkin reality though it may be minimal.

i honestly think the variations in the dyno might cover up any gains. it would have to be back to back on the same dyno to probably even show up. i think this mod might help a little but probably more likely plays a role in over all gains with a combo of breathing mods. like a combo of the stack, high flow filter and plenum
