hey Billy Teeple,

I noticed you installed the AEM and also have a cat back what do you notice in power now when you drive is it more noticible any power increases or is it mainly sound? how much was you cat back and who did the install..or what did stillen charge for the AEM?

Does the combination of AEM and Cat back make a significant diff?

Hi 350Z4Steve,

Oh Yaaaaaaaa. You most certainly notice the difference in trottle response and most definenitly sound (very throaty).

Stillen cost for the Catback Exhaust System was $1200 plus $65/hour installation (there is a waiting list-get a number). It tool 3 hours to install. The visual difference is the 100% stainless steel, definitely better than stock when viewed from the rear.

Steve,

Steve Millen Motor Sports is located at:
3176 Aiway
Costa Mesa, CA 92626
www.stillen.com
phone: 714 540-9154
Ask for the new catalog with 350Z parts.
A very state of the art facility.

Just the CAI intake alone is worth the cost for noticably increased performance with approximately 5+ additional HP (Stillen claim). With the Stillen exhaust you get approximately 11-12 HP more.

Still need help on the CAI/Nissan Dealer warranty issue. Do I take it off everytime I have a dealer service performed and then re-install? I'm not afraid of getting my hands dirty but WHY is the dealer so insistant on voiding the engine warranty with this simple and effective modification?

yeah I have heard something about that as well I guess thats why so many try to get CARB certified if it has that that goes a long way towards no problems with warranty from what I have heard.

thanks for the info about stillen..anyone there that ?I should talk too regarding the cat back and install?
