Default Those of you with the Fast Intentions "Intimidator" exhaust system...

Yes, I know there was a similar thread to this a month or two ago...but I am wanting to get a follow-up thread going to see if the customers are still satisfied..

1)How do you like the exhaust? Are you happy with it?
2)Is the build quality there?
3)Are the tips nice?
4)Installation is straight forward, however, do you feel that Fast Intentions included everything needed to do the swap or did you find yourself having to chase down parts or was there something better that Fast Intentions could have done to make your life easier during installation.
5)If you could do it all over again, would you still invest in this exhaust system?

Thanks again,
Joe

1) I love the sound of this exhaust. Maintains the stock note, just more aggressive and not too loud. When you're not accelerating, its very quiet and has no drone or rasp.
2) Build quality is good. I don't know anything about welding, so I can't comment on that, but the mufflers and tips look very well constructed.
3) Tips look like stock. I'm not too happy with the look of the tips on a Z...I think they match the G better. I would have gone with larger tips if that option was available when I bought the exhaust. Now I think you can request that option.
4) Installation was very straightforward. The instructions are detailed and precised. All nuts, bolts, washers, and gaskets came with the exhaust, nothing was missing.
5) Yes I would still buy this exhaust if I had to do it over again. I really bought this because of the sound and that its a true dual and actually 2.5", not for the the looks.

There are a lot more Gs that have this exhaust. Check over at G35driver, there are a lot more reviews of this exhaust there. As far as I know, only a few Zs have this.

I don't have the exhaust myself, but I've ridden in Rick's(IMSolutions)
car that's fitted with the Intimidator and their HFC.
Along with his other mods, the car sounded like European exotic.
Every time the car was rev-matching it sounded like a Lambo Gallardo doing it.

Anyone got pics of this exhaust. Is it a catback or true-dual?
