Default Any AAM 3" or APS 3" TD owners in SOCAL?

Hi everyone, just considering exhaust options, and i've narrowed it down to the svrtech 3", AAM 3" and APS 3".So does anyone in SoCal has either the aam or aps? I would really like like to meet up so i could hear them in person, I will pay thier gas and buy them lunch. Can anyone help me out?

Are you F/I ?

Do you have headers? Do you have either test pipes or high flow cats?

If you answered no to all 3 of those questions, I think a 3" exhaust would be a HUGE waste of money and you'll be dramatically disappointed.

You can do whatever you want with your money though.

Sorry I don't know anyone who has those exhausts... good luck.

Yeah, i understand what you're saying, i know how pointless it is to get such a large exhaust if you're NA, but im going FI in a few months, so im just exploring my exhaust options.

I just heard a full APS exhaust system with APS test pipes today (on a APS TT Z)... It sounded awesome.

It was quite loud though. No matter how lite you get on the gas pedal, its pretty loud. It would set off car alarms in the mall parking lot when simply diving though.

Despite the loudness, it was a very good exhaust note. Deep and exotic.
