Default Exhaust: Nismo Or Stillen

What do you guys/girls think about a Nismo exhaust compared to a Stillen Exhaust. The Stillen site says a 16hp increase in 5th gear, the Nismo is around a 6hp gain overall i think. Which one would you go with???? Any extra info from members would be greatly appreciated!!!

(P.S. not calling any guys-girls.... just being polite, women do have opinions about exhausts, i gathered this from the ear-full i got from my girlfriend the other day!!!! she suprises me everyday!!!)

Nismo will give you 100 hp + reduce ur car weight to 1000 lbs.
Stillen will give you 99 hp + reduce ur car weight to 1001 lbs.

Search please.

I'm convinced that the exhaust for you is much like what color is best. It's all personal preference. Do you want a loud exhaust, true dual, the most HP, the lightest etc etc. I chose Nismo due to personal preference. It was the right exhaust for me.

I personally like exhausts with the biggest tips. bigger it is, more power you gain... and also
more expensive, the better.

I chose the NISMO exhaust as well because I love the sound of it. Listen to both and see which one you like better. Performance gains will be negligible between the two.

go ***** out!...stillen headers, race pipes, and exhaust..20+ hp and 25+ lb ft gains on a stock engine....if you're looking for performance id go with stillen..they show the best numbers...if you're looking to keep that warranty you paid for go with nismo

IMHO, Nismo sounds better to MY ear. Yes, performance wise stillen breathes
better but to me, Nismo sounds so exotic, I just couldn't pass on. Like everyone knows, we don't get much out of exaust mod on our Zs.. There's guy with JWT TT with Nismo exaust because he loved Nismo exaust as his
first mod and wanted to keep that same sound even though he went FI.
It's all depends on personal preferance I guess. But price and sound quality
wise, Nismo might be better choice for most people.

FYI: Shipping on the Stillen exhaust will end up costing you more than the NISMO, the Stillen exhaust comes in 2 boxes just like the HKS.

I'm not sure but the Borla is 8-9lbs lighter than stock. The Stillen is heavier than stock but produces more power.

Both the Stillen and Nismo are fantastic. If you like the stock sound then go Nismo and you'll love it. If you want something slightly different the Stillen is a great choice too. Can't go wrong with either.

Both look the same to me: A y-pipe connected to a single pipe connected to a big muffler. In fact, both look like the OEM exhaust.
