You can do it yourself or with the help of a friend easily, but if you really want a mechanic to do it for you, figure 1 to 1.5 hours labor.

No need to reset ECU, but it won't hurt you to reset it either.

Tuning via a reflash or engine management will give you the best gains possible with these (or any) mods but a tune is not required
