Default fast intentions intimidator exhaust worth it?

so.. i've read about every post on this exhaust and listened to every clip on their website.

the sound seems very stock, it doesn't change the exhaust note like the other systems, which is what i am looking for. Rick claims there is no drone at all which is a big plus. dyno shows decent power gains and also, the exhaust looks awesome, dual walled tips nice stock look.

at first, i was set on the borla, but then i thought the system seemed cheap with the clamps and not flanges. i also liked the invidia g200 as well, but it seemed like it changed the stock note too much. however, it seems that the intimidator is exactly what i'm looking for (stock look, stock sound but louder, no drone, nice power)

but before i buy, just wanted to know.... why don't more people have it!... also, alot of people have spent evenmore for HKS. for those of you who have it, would you buy it again, did you think it was too expensive??

i am interested in the stainless since it has the polished mufflers and tips and that is all you can see

Why don't more people have it?

1) It hasn't been around very long
2) It's not a "name brand" that people know
3) The price is not so low that more people are willing to experiment

That said, it looks like a quality piece, it has a good design, and if you like it you should go for it.

I recommend that you:

a. Set a budget.
b. Decide what configuration is best for you. Single. Dual. One or two mufflers.
c. Listen before buying.

here what i've been thru........stock -->high flow cats --> stillen dual (best gain hp, but too loud) --> G200 (loud when headers were added) --> S.S FastIntention exhaust.... and I am so happy with the SOUND (little bit louder than stock + GAIN.... if i have to do all over again, I'd go with FastIntention exhaust and get it right the first time. I have it for 2 months now and I'm very PLEASE with the product.

Do you have a template for this somewhere? I think you post this exact same advice in EVERY exhaust thread!

dragonbz99...Funny you should put up this post. I just purchased my Fast Intentions Exhaust yesterday from Tony after months of research and deliberation. I think (from what I have seen) that this exhaust is top notch! Not to mention, Tony is a great guy to talk to...especially if you happen to like the Dallas Cowboys..which Tony does (sorry Tony. Ha Ha Ha)

Tony has said that he has sold 45 of these exhaust systems since May or June so as pointed out earlier, this is still a fairly new product for our vehicles.

Anyway, now is the time to get in on the sale. It ends October 15th.

Here are some links that you really should read that will probably help make your decision:

https://my350z.com/forum/intake-exhaust/217840-those-of-you-with-the-fast-intentions-intimidator-exhaust-system.html

If you have not seen it yet, here is the link for the sale on the exhaust:

Yes. And I am not at all embarrassed. Ninety-percent of the questions here can be answered with about 5 pat answers.

Let me know what you think of the Fast Intentions HFC. I've been researching the HFCs and have narrowed them down to this and Kinetix.

I have them on my car - and with all biasing aside - I really love them. The sound is very exotic - especially when combined the Intimidator Exhaust. I've had Ferrari's ask me what I did to the car to copy 'their' sound.

thinking over it, this exhaust isnt too much more expensive then the rest since it comes with the x-pipe, which will probably cost you 100-200 on top of your 900-1000 dollar exhaust of other brands.
