Hundreds of users have spent several hours of their own time putting up dynos, reviews, comments, and criticisms of various aftermarket parts for the 350Z.
Please don't disrespect them by refusing to search
I've spent several hours putting together a bunch of posts on the top 100 questions thread, dynos, reviews, tuning help, and more.
You posted a question that not only is NOT unique, but is also asked about once a week by "newbies" on average.
When you come on here, and ask a newbie question, DON'T get pissed off when people tell you that the answers are already out there, and you just have to find them yourself.
Arguing with moderators also makes you subject to warnings and/or ban.
To answer your original question: I don't personally think headers are worth it. Some people may agree or disagree with me. The guy on this forum who ran the fastest N/A 1/4 mile times that I know of, didn't even have headers.
What are you going to do, take random strangers' word for it on the internet? If you are thinking about doing headers, you owe it to yourself to do some independent research

From the TOU:
7.) SEARCH FUNCTION
Please use the search function before posting or asking a question. It is a much more efficient and quicker way of getting your question answered. Another reason is to reduce the amount of duplicate posts and to conserve some server space.
10.) HARASSMENT/FLAMING
(snip) Any insults or harassments towards staff members will result in instant banishment.
21.) WARNINGS & BANISHMENT
Warnings are issued for misbehaviors or for violations of the above TOU rules. These strikes carry on to all usernames of the same person. Same goes for banishment; when a person is banned, all of their existing usernames are banned as well. There are ways to track usernames of the same person.

^ It's about as good as APC.
As far as test pipes messing with your A/F... ANYTHING breathing-related will change your A/F ratio... think about it, you're changing the amount/flow of air going in/out your engine. Which would DIRECTLY change your AIR/fuel ratio, since you're getting MORE AIR... since FUEL isn't being changed to match it, your AIR?FUEL ratio WILL change.
