ok im about to do this whole mrev2 and spacer mod and was reading, am i understanding that this will make my car run more lean, the reason im worrying is because im about to put nitrous on my car(100 shot), is this a bad idea cause i had nitrous on my last z with no tune and it ran great and im not planing on getting a tune.
But my list of mods im doing are :
single exhaust
y-pipe
test pipes
pop charger
mrev2/ spacer
Nitrous

Is your Z a rev-up or not? If it's the 287hp motor... don't bother with the MREV2. I put it on my car with the 5/16" spacer and honestly couldn't tell a difference. Supposedly it's another story with the rev-up motors, but really... save your money.

 

the mrev2 on non revup engines makes about 3 whp...maybe 6-7 Fi......the spacer is good enough

Yeah it's definitely negligible. The spacer is more then enough on the 287hp engine. Wish I would have listened to the people saying that before I bought the MREV2.
