Question Stillen Intake or JWT Popcharger ?

Stillen Intake or JWT Popcharger ?
They are both in the same price range but the Stillen looks like it a pain in the butt to get the filter out to clean. I'm getting my Z tomorrow and looking to buy my first mod.

search....... its been covered and discussed extensively. but my opinion is POPCHARGER, everyone one pretty much agrees its the best bang for the buck. Although I have my eyes set on the ARC suction box at the end of the month. Good luck and congrats, you should definetly browes around the forums because there is tons of information on alot of popular questions.

The Stillen looks like the better design but i didn't like the idea of spending $200 on an airfilter. I just got the Popcharger over the weekend, so far i like it. Not as good a design but, hey its half the price. It's probably sucking in hot air after a while but i think it was Wired24/7 who confirmed with the cipher that the popcharger gives a higher reading on the MAF sensor.

Really it comes down to: How much do you want to spend on an air filter???

Don't know if this will help you at all, but I just ordered a Pop Charger to replace my AEM CAI.

I'm curious.. why are you swapping it out? Are you afraid of sucking in water?

Dude it's been raining here a lot over the past two months, and i'm constantly having MAF problems. Not submerging the filter in puddles or anything. Just from being parked in the rain at work and then driving on wet pavement.

Plus when I had my Z at Crawford a couple weeks ago, Doug pretty much said AEM is counter-productive on our engines - more restrictive than factory air box. The only good thing I have to say about the AEM is that it looks very nice. And I like the way the Pop Charger sounds a lot better.

Gary

btw - anyone wtb a hardly used AEM CAI?

No offense but this thread is like a repost of a repost of a repost, we simply don't need any more threads on whether X or Y is better than a popcharger, they're all about the same.
