Paint overspray on stock exhaust

Paint overspray on stock exhaust
Anyone knows a good spray to clean a silver overspray on the stock exhaust can just below the rear bumper?

If it's the stock exhaust, I assume you don't care if it gets scratched. Try WD-40 and steel wool...

Mineral spirits is a light solvent and should work. Wipe it off afterwords with soapy water.

use some "goof off" you can get this at a hardware store or walmart. i recently had my bumper resprayed and the shop painted my exhaust tips. i use goof off and some elbow grease and if went right off.

How bout take it back to who did it and have them clean it. Unless you did it yourself.

If it's just on the exhaust, use some Paint Thinner, just don't get any on the paint of your Z. The Paint Thinner will take the overspray right off your exhaust without much scrubbing, apply with an old rag or shop/paper towel.

I haven't had the chance to take pics but it's not really the tips its more like the black "can"
theres mist of silver on it since I have a painted rear bumper. And yes, its my fault.

Brake cleaner will take care of it.... it should wipe right off. Just be careful not to spray the car.
