Default Weapon R intake - claimed HP Gains? WTF

I was looking through my Modified Mag and found an ad for Weapon R intakes...they claim as much as 29hp and 30lb/ft tq on some cars (I think it was for an Accord or something)! Um...how is that possible? Or how is that claim possible...maybe this topic has been discussed but I just wanted to say WTF!

lol - there's always ways to claim big HP/TQ gains...baseline dyno with engine heat soaked, dyno after mod w/ cooler temps...

You do 3 pre-install dyno tests.
You do 3 post-install dyno test.
Compare the worst pre-install numbers to the best post-install numbers.

intakes are not going to do much. I lost 8hp 7trq on a CAI when dyno'd. Who was that company we ate up 4-5 months ago for coming on here with those stupid a$$ numbers on an intake? They had that crayon dyno sheet?
