yes, you need the relocation kit that looks like the one the yellow arrow is pointing at. and it will bolt under the car in the middle. It should not take that long. Try to put a heatshield around the evap pipes so that the the exhaust does not burn them... (and dont forget to mark where each pipe goes so you dont mess up, it is 3 of them all together)

naw, i bought my evo2 from 05350z, a member here. it had just the exhaust and piping. no relocation kit wutsoever. wut does it consist of? any do it yourself advice please lol?
well, cant really give you a DIY without the actual kit but i will try...
so as the pic below shows its like a tic-tac-toe frame, that bolts under the car. The middle of the frame you bolt the evap box. i am not sure if it is easy for you to make a custom made one.
Maybe call Greddy, or the person who sold it to you and ask them to send it to you, i dont think they need it anyway.

This is the same situation I was in when I bought my old evo2's used. Just go buy plumbers tape, and 8mm bolts and nuts. You will also need hoses, i'm not sure of the sizes but I suggest taking a second vehicle to a auto parts store with your old hoses and match them up.
