I changed 5 exhaust systems by backing up onto some Rhino ramps. It's easy enough to get to all the bolts that way. There is really no use to getting the front up in the air unless you are doing HF cats/test pipes at the same time.

To get the back box hangers off I used 2 foot crow bar, using the exit pipes on the back box as the fulcrum, takes about 10 seconds a side and you don't need lube.

If you are going to use lube on the rubber, get silicone, petroleum is not good for rubber.

As for the Injen, the system looks awesome, has nice welds and is a simple bolt on.

Thats about the only good thing I can say about the Injen straight tip 50mm Super SES (I don't have any experience with the newer "Track" 60mm pipe system, hopefully they learned from experience).

the 50mm is good n/a, but ovbiously not good FI, but still better than stock...
The i have seen the newer 60mm track exhaust with bigger tips and burned tips good for ~405whp on single turbo setup stock boost, so its not bad at all
Definatly worth the extra 120-150 bucks more that it might cost

Ive had mine for over two and a half years and Ive noticed lately that its quieter than it used to be. It use to be noticeably louder at start up and when cruising. Now it doesnt seem that loud at all. I still love it though!

i think its that you are more used to the sound(maybe it did quit a bit but has alot to do with that you got used to it too)...what i like about injen was that in the lower Rpms its just deeper and nice, it doesn't open up until you are WOT at highwer rpms..then it gets nice and loud

Im sure that Im just used to it now but I know for sure that its quieter at start up. It use to really roar. It still has a nice rumble to it though.

yah
i had it for over 10k miles and i thougth it had quieted too but everytime i would drive witha friend or race they still reminded me that it was loud
that why i loved the exhaust...looks very mean... not stupid loud regular driving but if you "step on it" you will hear it

Maybe you guys are just going deaf which is why it sounds quieter . . . I agree about the Injen being low-key at lower RPMs but once on WOT, watch out! It either intimidates or is admired by other drivers.

I have the injen intake and exhaust + 5/16" plenum spacer and test pipes. I love it, but it is loud as hell.

*** Now I know we have alot of Injen SES people checking in on this post. For those guys running TP or High Flow cats, which ones are you using. My concern is that the inlets of the SES are so small (about 2-2.25"), most of the TPs or high flows would have a much larger exit, therefore creating a bottle neck in your exhaust system - not good.

I have the Injen Track Edition sitting in my garage right now, I put the stock exhaust back on after I put on my test pipes, it was damn loud. I'll probably end up putting it back on in the spring though, I miss the all the popping and gurgling noises when decelerating and rattling my interior loose The titanium tips are sexy too.

I have the Titek test pipes, which I believe are 2.5". Are there even any test pipes with a 2.25" diameter?

I looove my injen exhaust. Its got a deep rumble down low, and absolutely screams up top. Definately one of my favorites. Its loud enough for me to make car alarms chirp in parking structures.

Only thing i dont like is the drone, but ive gotten used to that, so its not a big issue to me.

I thought that both the Injen SES and Track had 60mm (2.36") piping.
I didn't know the Injen SES true dual had 50mm piping. That's 1.96"...

I'm almost 99% sure the Super SES has 60mm and the Track has 70mm piping.
