Default exhaust types ???

I have not decided to either go tt or go for the supercharger. i am leaning towards a vortech system. i know there are better exhaust for when you wanna go turbo but is ther a better exhaust for when you decide to go surpercharger or are they both the same

No, they don't. Turbos are exhaust driven and can use the largest exhaust you can fit. Superchargers are still using the NA design of the car and therefore need more backpressure than their turbo brothers.

The HKS is a nice all around exhaust. I'd get it.

You may want to check out the Fast Intentions Intimidator systems as well.

I know I'm biased here - but that system was built for NA and SC systems - I have both and it's great!

Check it out at www.fastintentions.com - let me know if you have any questions.

Also - as far as turbo's go - if your looking for over 500HP and massive PSI - which means you are also building your motor and going to the limits, then you'll want a custom 3" system made. The 3" will help anyways for turbo - but it depends on your goals. 3" options aren't as great, in quantity and pricing, out there either.

If you plan on going for 500 and up, I'd def go larger than 3".
