yup, this is a good choice if you do a full standalone and want to get rid of the drive by wire, you will have to machine a plate to make it fit, run a cable to your gas pedal, fab up a mount to make it work right and then make a few other small adjustments.

it is 90mm and you will need to make sure your intake piping is that large plus port out the neck of your plenum as well.

If you follow this link, you will see alot of the Japan tuners are using the Q45 Throttle Body on their 350z's.

So as Jeremy pointed out, it can be done. It just wont be drive by wire. you will need the cable and engine management.
