Default GHL Exhaust pix

Sorry that these are not better pix as I didn't have the chance to shoot them while the Z was up on a rack. IMHO, the exhaust shows a very high level of workmanship and I am very satisfied. And, yes, I have painted much of the under carriage with black hi-temp ceramic paint. I very much dislike various bright aluminum parts projecting out to the eyes following behind. Call me paranoid Now, the stainless, polished muffler is okay to see. Regards, Jim

Default Cost and retailer?

Jim:
How much was the system and where did you buy it from? Have you noticed much power change, or more just sound change? It looks really great.

Default GHL

cobf32, Are you able to come to the Desert Z Association club meeting tonight? I can't remember if you have been b4? We meet the 1st Wed. of the month @ 7pm. Scottsdale Nissan, (64th & E. McDowell rd.) park around the back. We have about 25 or more cars so come a little early to get a parking place. I'll be there and you can take a listen to your new system! Regards, Jim

John, The system sells for $1,250, but My350z.com members get it for $995.00. Install was $82.00. Here is the Mfg's tx. # Call GHL and ask for Brian or Jeff (owners/brothers) (480) 655-0935.
and you can find out where it is being marketed in CA.
I bought at the only seller in AZ., West Valley Nissan in Glendale, AZ.
My bd sez it is a performance gain, as does their dyno printout, but I hope to dyno this Friday for a definitive answer to the power question. It does feel stronger down low in the rev range tho. The quality of construction (design too?) is excellent. Regards, Jim

Default More info/pix on GHL

Take a look at this for further info and a pic of the GHL up on the rack (not my pic). Note that the Nissan dealer will ship prepaid on internet orders. Joe is the parts mananger at the Nissan dealership and a terrific guy to work with.
