Default Can you Paint the stock intake hose?

Has anyone painted their stock intake hose?
If so, what kind of paint do you use?

You can paint almost anything with the right prep work and patience. One thing to consider though... the stock intake tube is rubber IIRC. If that's the case the paint won't last long at all. Consider getting an after market tube that's metal or plastic and paint it (or get one that's already the color you want).

I bought the K&N setup (not the typhoon) and the tube is 100% plastic.
