Default Upgrading to high flow cats - do I need new gaskets?

As the title says.. 2004 350z with 30K miles.. Should my local Nissan dealer have the gaskets?

Yes you would need new gaskets but the dealership (still wonder why I bought them )charges an arm and a leg. I remember folks here mention that there were able to pick up new gaskets from either a muffler shop or Kragen Auto Parts.

I'm doing a cat-back at the same time which I believe includes all the gaskets for that side of the cat. I probably only need the triangle bolt pattern ones for the header side.

I always feel better using new gaskets. It's kind of cheap insurance, since usually corrosion starts to find its way to the gasket interfaces over time.

you can order them from performance nissan
