Plenty of installation photos and critiques posted here. Search is your friend. Avoid $200 eBay headers and you will be fine. The primary difference in headers is fit and ease of installation.
that's the truth davidv! Most times in life, you get what you pay for, and with these cars, compromising on quality is a bad idea. Crawford headers are very nice, and if you want the best I would recommend them, but be prepared to pay for them, along with installation. They are designed to maximize the most use of the limited space available under the car to get the most bang. So installation is more timely and involved as you need to lift the engine and/or lower the tranny in order to install them.
The difference with header designs like Strup is that they are designed for comparable performance gains, and are also much more user friendly. So installation is easier and many of our customers have done it themselves. Unlike the other headers, you don't need to lift the engine or even lower the tranny in order to install the Strup headers. Quality and fitment is exceptional and they're garaunteed from Strup for 2 years from the date of purchase. If anything happens, simply return them to Strup, and they'll hook you up with a new set! We're a prefered vendor for Strup, and are tight with Charlie Wenstrup. heh, online ordering from their website will send you to our online catalog!
Here's a link to our sale in the vendor classifieds for your reference and some more information regarding these headers.

And as mentioned, there's also a lot of information in this forum from previous member posts. Let me know if you have any other questions. Feel free to shoot me a PM or you can contact us from our website.

Has anyone done a before and after dyno of the Nismo headers? I would have purchased those if I didn't get such a great deal on some Crawford headers.
I had the crawfords installed last month on my G35. +7 on the top end, but -10 to -12 at mid range.

I know of at least one G35 with DC headers that gained about +1 on the top end. I don't know about the rest of a curve, probably essentially the same.
I agree about getting them Jethot coated. My engine bay doesn't feel nearly as hot after a hard drive compared to the stock manifolds.
