either will work just fine - no difference aside from material

if on more of a budget, go ceramic, if you can afford stainless, go with them

ceramic will cool down faster stainless looks nice but cant even see it in Z

i have ceramic..no problems here. a co-worker has had ceramic DC headers on his integra GSR and he lives in san pedro by the sea...had it for 8 years. no rust...no problems. and it's his daily driver...has 180K on it already (not kidding)

Believe it or not, SS will last pretty much last forever & also expands when hot which creates more airflow & will net you a lil more hp....If it were me I would spend the extra cash for SS. JMO
