Default help please borla x pipe

I have a borla true dual exhaust, and would like to replace the h pipe w/ a x pipe due to the h pipe cracking(yes it's been welded) does anyone know of a x pipe that would fit in place of the h pipe w/0 major modifications????? i have seen the dynomax xpipe muffler?? but would like responses from those of you who have done this to their borla true duel. And yes i searched!!!!!!!! a hour or so, and countless pages. i found alot of stuff for the injen but not the borla, besides removing the resonators? Please help.

Any reputable exhaust shop should be able to easily custom install an x-pipe for you. Or you can buy an x-pipe off of eBay and have Mineke do it.

Or get a whole new exhaust

I know i can get one custom but they make several sizes of x pipes, and also the dynomax muffler x pipe? so i was wanting people you have done this on their borla true dual to chime in, thanks

ive had zero problems with the H pipe but then again i refuse to use cats or test pipes that dont have the support brackets. ive read a lot of success stories using the magnaflow x on their exhausts. give it a shot and let us know.

I have high flow cats and no cracked H pipe. Do you have test pipes on the Borla kit now? Or was that just the person before you? If you have test pipes on there now i wouldnt suggest removing the resonators for the sole fact that they are the only keeping you from a raspy hell hole. If you take them out you'll be buzzing around town in no time.

If i were you, since they dont make a X pipe for the borla, have a good turbo shop or exhaust shop custom make one to fit. That way you know its right and not chopped up to get it on there. Just my .02

Remove the resonators and install the Magnaflow x-pipe muffler. You will gain some torque and your Borla will sound deeper & meaner.

Four more posts and I'll break 1K!!!
