Question Plenum Spacer

Just want to know what everyone think's about the Plenum Spacer?
and on install it only calls for one Gasket to Reseal the Top of the spacer, should I use one on top and on the bottom of the spacer or what?

Most spacers come with one gasket. You already have one gasket on your plenum. You leave it in place, put the spacer on top of it, put the new gasket on top of the spacer then put the upper plenum on top of that gasket. So you have a sandwich of:

Upper Plenum
New Gasket
Spacer
Old Gasket
Lower Plenum

I was typing the sandwich concept while you were posting. Beat me by 2 minutes.

The MDs come with a Gasket (1) and it needs to be there along with the old OEM on our perverbial sandwich (Hold the Mustard) I have in few instances been shorted on parts thru MD but was told by MD that when the vendors recieve the units, they are shipped bulk and it is the responsibility of the vendor to compile and package the complete kit??? Kinda makes sense cuz there are different combos. The prob lies in the final packaging. (Parts over looked)
If u dont have the 2 gaskets u WILL have a leak, although maybe minimal.

BTW, I spray both with the Red CNC sealent and let it tack before I enjoy my sandwich.

The gaskets are bonded to the spacer.

The Motordyne spacer should include this gasket.
