Default would this b a better fit???

I kno that it is better to get a mrev2 with a 5/16" spacer with it but if I were to buy the APS tall boy plenum would I receive more HP with the 1/2" spacer? Would u recommend me buying the APS plenum in the first place? I know that I will have to replace the strut bar and I am ok with that. Wat kinda gains do u think I would get from this set up?

APS tall boy upper plenum
1/2" spacer or 5/16" spacer
mrev2

I think the general concensus is that by adding a 1/2" spacer, you would actually lose power. So by adding a tall boy plenum (not sure what the measurements are) I don't think it would improve performance in any way (someone should correct me if I"m wrong). The best combo to go w/ is the 5/16.

Bugs is right. Motordyne did testing on both the 5/16" and 1/2" spacer and it lost more power all over than the 5/16" did. Thats why they sell that particular combo.

Needless to say, if you add the MREV, you will probably still make more power than with just the spacer alone. However, maybe not as much as if you used a 5/6" spacer.

Study the results of the SportZ magazine plenum vs plenum spacer shootout. I think that the conclusion is clear.

Thanks man! I understand exactly what your saying but what kind of gains should I expect from this set up?
