For the guys that think the price is too high; consider the fact that titanium is not a cheap metal. For the most part, titanium is a very complex material that is difficult to work with. Welding, bending, etc, titanium is not an easy thing to do. Not just the titanium itself, youre also paying for the superb craftsmanship of ARC. Any ARC titanium product has welds to perfection. Its the details you have to appreciate. Its no wonder why NISMO Japan uses all ARC products for anything titanium as well as coolers.

Also, i noticed the ARC diff cooler on the RS Concept Z. That thing is so sick, i would love to have that car.

BTW....how could you want to do that...even if i was in a street fight i don't think i would be able to kick another guy there....i could give him a knee to the face or something like that but never a blow to that area.
This was one of the greatest propositions offered up to Clark W. Griswald... he didn't take the guy up on it and promptly lost all his money. Vegas Baby!

i can tell u titanium is not expensive, nor is it that hard to weld in an industrial setting. at home its expensive, but if you sell titanium exhaust all day, its not that expensive to make.
I can say that exhaust at most would cost 2200 dollars to produce. Also note that it doesnt have a cross over pipe, so it won't sound all that fantastic with straight pipes. Nice looking exhuast.
Also, those welds suck ***, even for titanium welding. Amuse has excellent welding.
Also, thats not inconel and i hope it isnt. Inconel is heavy, althought it has a VERY high thermal coefficient and resists expansion well, its a poor choice for post cat exhaust piping. Stainless steel is still one of the best options.

edit...just looked again and i guess you are talking about where the pipe meets the flange. I am sure it is welded entirely...it is just that the bead is so small you can't tell it is there, Titanium is bad a$$ like that.
edit 2...each time i look at it i am starting to wonder...just forget i posted this, i don't know what i'm talking about anyhow.

Just cause some people can't afford it they have to talk **** about it
All Nismo Titanium and cooling parts is made by ARC, the car you seen is Shadow Motorsport's car in Japan (JGTC500 Driver for Nismo) personal car. ARC don't want to make an exhaust for the Z market cause they know that guys that own Z can't really afford this but they made one for Shadow for prototype.

Oh if I really want it I can afford it, and I'm sure most members here can come up with the money. The question here is will paying $6800 for an exhaust no matter how great the material and quality really worth it? I honestly can think of a long list of things I would rather put $6800 towards.
